Terms of Project Engagement & Mutual Commitments
Link'em operates on mutual transparency, strict technical deliverables, and zero hidden billing. We do not use convoluted agency fine-print or retainer traps. Every project scope is defined with precision prior to sprint commencement.
1. Scope of Engagement & Sprint Architecture
Link'em provides engineering and post-production capabilities across Full-Stack Next.js 15 Web Architecture, Fluid UI/UX Motion Systems, Self-Hosted n8n Autonomous Pipelines, and Commercial 4K Video Post-Production.
All project deliverables, technical stack specifications, API schemas, and sprint milestone roadmaps are itemized in writing and mutually approved prior to sprint initiation. Any out-of-scope feature requests are evaluated transparently with clear cost and timeline estimates.
2. 100% Client Intellectual Property Sovereignty
We build assets for you, not ourselves. Upon 100% settlement of milestone invoices, all rights, title, Git source code repositories, database schemas, Figma architectural design tokens, and master 4K ProRes renders are transferred unconditionally to the client.
Link'em will never demand recurring proprietary runtime license fees, royalty percentages, or vendor lock-in hooks. Your application codebase is your sovereign property.
3. Turnaround Timelines & Revision Guarantees
Our engineering execution is bound to concrete verification criteria:
Interactive staging URL deployments provided every 7 calendar days with live Lighthouse scoring.
First master edit delivered within 72 hours of raw footage ingest, including up to 3 comprehensive revision passes.
Includes 30 calendar days of post-deployment error monitoring, payload telemetry, and webhook maintenance.
4. Absolute Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
We treat all client technical logic, database architectures, internal business processes, API secrets, and brand assets as strictly confidential. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are signed prior to reviewing proprietary materials upon request.
5. Governing Law & Operational Verification
These terms are governed in accordance with international commercial contracting standards and the commercial code of Pakistan.
